Luskin Orthopaedic Institute for Children (LuskinOIC) Stand For Kids Gala at Sofi Stadium on June 8, 2024

Today, the Luskin Orthopaedic Institute for Children (LuskinOIC) announced that their annual Stand For Kids Gala will take place on Saturday, June 8, at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles. The organization will honor the Los Angeles Chargers with the Community Inspiration Award and Students Run LA with the Power of Partnership Award. Two-time Emmy-winning television host, actor, and avid sports fan, Mario Lopez, will host the evening at the 50-yard line. See here for Mario's support of LuskinOIC on social media.

The annual gala supports LuskinOIC's mission of advancing health equity for every child in LA and beyond. Each year, we gather a distinguished array of guests, including philanthropists, medical professionals, elected officials, and community leaders, who have significantly contributed to the LuskinOIC community. This year's theme?"Sports Medicine: Heal Champions, Fuel Athletes"?is particularly special as we celebrate our impactful journey in the field of sports medicine.

LuskinOIC has been instrumental in enhancing sports medicine, particularly in pediatric orthopaedics, through innovative treatments and dedicated research. Our efforts have not only benefited young athletes but have also set new standards in the field.

The gala will include a star-studded, rock-and-roll halftime show, with food, fun, fireworks, and the most consequential announcement in the organization's history. We can't wait to see everyone there.
