D.A. Davidson Hires Gary Morabito to Lead Technology Equity Capital Markets


D.A. Davidson & Co. announced that Gary Morabito has joined the Equity Capital Markets Group as Managing Director.

In this new role, Morabito will work across Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Institutional Research, Sales and Trading, Davidson Engage (DEN), and Sponsor Coverage to bring the firm's full-service platform to its technology clients.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Morabito joins us after 17 years at William Blair. Most recently, he was instrumental in building out the firm's highly successful ECM platform and has advised both private and public companies on over 350 transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible debt offerings, private placements, at-the-market offerings, and registered directs. He received his bachelor's degree in economics from Denison University.
