Before joining Ayla Networks in January 2022, he held senior leadership positions at Solar Mosaic, ChargePoint, and Pace plc, where he was instrumental in driving global sales strategies and channel innovation. During his tenure at Ayla, Grady has significantly expanded the company's global sales reach and deepened relationships with key smart home device manufacturers, retailers, and service providers. His comprehensive understanding of the smart home industry and Ayla's customer needs uniquely position John to lead Ayla Networks in its next growth phase.
