1:00 p.m.	The Deputy Prime Minister will make a healthcare announcement. She will be joined by the Minister of Citizens' Services, Terry Beech, the Minister of Labour and Seniors, Seamus O'Regan Jr., and the Minister of Public Services and Procurement, Jean-Yves Duclos. A media availability will follow.
