Building on SGS Maine Pointe's highly successful U.S. private equity practice and success in Europe to date, Loder will bring his 20 years of expertise in private equity across multiple industry sectors, including manufacturing, retail, consumer, and business services.

Loder's core market is the U.K. and Europe, although he has also worked extensively with U.S.-based firms. Over the course of his career, both at SGS Maine Pointe and elsewhere, Loder has consistently helped his clients build and deliver value centered on third-party cost base, supply chain, and manufacturing operations optimization.
