Dentalcorp Announces First Quarter 2024 Results Release Date and Annual General Meeting Details

Dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. The Company also announced that it will host its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") on May 23, 2024.

FIRST QUARTER 2024 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL

The Company will hold a conference call to provide a business update on Friday, May 10, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. ET. A question-and-answer session will follow the business update.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Dentalcorp will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. ET. To permit registered shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders to have an equal opportunity to participate, vote and submit questions, regardless of their geographic location, the Meeting will be held in a virtual-only format.
