BancPlus Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

BancPlus Corporation, the holding company for BankPlus, today announced that on April 16, 2024, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.88 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on June 14, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2024.
