Sherman is a 20-year veteran of the local real estate market who was raised in Pacific Palisades. A resident of Santa Monica and Venice for more than 20 years, he brings a lifetime's worth of knowledge pertaining to the Westside and an accomplished professional background that includes serving as a location scout in the film industry.
"Working in the film industry for 10 years was essential to my development as an agent, as I literally spent thousands of hours scouting the city of Los Angeles, increasing my knowledge of the different characteristics that define each specific neighborhood," Sherman explained.
Aside from helping buyers and sellers with their interests in residential real estate, Sherman is also a skilled property manager with experience serving investors searching for income properties. He explained that his decision to build his team, the Real Estate Collective, was motivated by a goal of providing his clients with more dynamic support.
