Drive Fore Kids Announces Star-Studded Line-Up of Celebrities and the Beneficiaries for the 2024 Invitational Golf Tournament


The second annual Drive Fore Kids Celebrity Golf Invitational will bring an exciting roster of celebrities from the world of sports and entertainment back to Maine scheduled to compete at the Falmouth Country Club June 20 - 23, 2024 for a $265,000 prize purse.

PORTLAND, Maine , April 11, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The second annual Drive Fore Kids Celebrity Golf Invitational will bring an exciting roster of celebrities from the world of sports and entertainment back to Maine in June to benefit two important organizations making a difference in the lives of Maine families.

"Our inaugural tournament was a huge success, and we're coming back even bigger and better in 2024," said Brian Corcoran, Executive Director of the Drive Fore Kids Tournament and CEO of Shamrock Sports & Entertainment.

Organizers of Drive Fore Kids today announced that The Dempsey Center has been named co-beneficiary of the tournament, along with The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital. They also announced the current list of athletes, actors and television personalities scheduled to compete at the Falmouth Country Club June 20 - 23, 2024 for a $265,000 prize purse.

Ben Higgins, ABC's "The Bachelor" from season 20, was on hand for the announcement today at Luke's Lobster. Higgins, along with NFL Hall of Famers Brian Urlacher, Jerome Bettis, and Dwight Freeney, and actor Robbie Amell are among the first-time participants in Drive Fore Kids this year who join many returning celebrities.

"With the help of an exciting line-up of new and returning celebrities, we're hoping to smash last year's $111,000 of charitable impact and support not only The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital, but The Dempsey Center, which provides integrative services to people with cancer and their families. The goal is to raise $100,000 for each charity."
