He brings extensive experience in automotive and operations and has served as interim CEO since August 2023. Under his leadership, Mile Marker, renowned in the automotive winch and outdoor 4x4 recovery gear industry, is poised for a new era of innovation and growth. This marks a continuation of its nearly four-decade legacy in the automotive and military sectors.

Throughout his career, Justin has led programs and teams in spearheading new product development, excelling in product management, and demonstrating a keen acumen in product development and marketing strategies. Prior to joining Mile Marker, Justin served as Executive Director of Operations at Comdata. In his role, he skillfully executed the development and process implementation of digital fintech products and hardware, designed for the commercial trucking industry. Justin's automotive experience includes Strategic Product Marketing Manager at Bridgestone, Product Category Manager - OMNI Auto Parts at Nissan Motor Corporation and Lead Product Development Manager at Tractor Supply Company.
