Rumble Boxing Joins the Fight with The Michael J. Fox Foundation

Rumble Boxing, an Xponential Fitness brand, announced today its continued partnership for the second consecutive year with Team Fox, the grassroots fundraising community of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (MJFF) to raise funds and garner support for Parkinson's Awareness Month in April. Rumble Boxing studios nationwide will invite the local community and members to glove up in support of raising funds and awareness for Parkinson's disease through donation entry classes. To amplify the impact, Rumble Boxing is excited to present a multi-city panel tour with Rumble Boxing Co-Founder, Noah Neiman, alongside MJFF community members affected by Parkinson's. In addition to the panel, studios across the country are hosting an Open House with donation-based classes to bring awareness to the benefits of boxing for movement disorders like Parkinson's disease.

"We are honored to continue our partnership with The Michael J. Fox Foundation to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by Parkinson's and other movement disorders," says Rumble's Chief Marketing Officer, Rachelle Dejean. "This partnership is a testament to the shared commitment to drive positive change and a lasting impact all while breaking a sweat."

The tour will kick off with an energizing Instagram Live workout led by Noah, followed by in-person events in Austin, TX, Minneapolis, MN, and the final stop in Burbank, CA. In-person events will bring together the local community for a dynamic panel discussion on Parkinson's awareness and the benefits of boxing hosted by MJFF community members and Rumble Boxing Co-Founder Noah Neiman. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in an impactful conversation, hear personal stories from individuals affected by the disease, and participate in a Rumble Boxing class. Donations will directly support The Michael J. Fox Foundation's mission to accelerate better treatments and a cure for Parkinson's disease.

Tour Highlights:

Boxing continues to show results in helping to improve balance, endurance, hand-eye coordination, and strength, which may be especially beneficial for people living with Parkinson's disease. Early research indicates that high-intensity exercise may slow the progression of neurological disorders by promoting better brain health. In addition, boxing improves concentration and overall self-awareness, not to mention a great stress reliever.

With over 80 studios nationwide, Rumble Boxing pairs boxing, HIIT, metabolic conditioning, and strength training group fitness for a full-body workout for all fitness levels. The brand aims to develop courage, determination, focus, and stamina. The signature class features a 10-round, 45-minute fight that is evenly split between two styles of training where the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing on teardrop-style aqua boxing bags and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training. There are several other class types offered like Intro classes and fundamental workouts for beginners, and level-up style classes such as the 60-minute, boxing-only, and strength-only.

"It's such a thrill to cheer on the Rumble Boxing community and their high-impact energy toward our mission this Parkinson's Awareness Month," said Liz Diemer, MJFF Vice President of Community Fundraising. "Their support reflects the unwavering dedication of our Team Fox community and their unique passions that turn into critical funds that support the Foundation's research programs toward improved therapies for the millions of people and families affected by this disease around the world."
