AI Startup Knownwell Announces Phillip Merrick as First External Board Member


Enterprise Software Veteran Joins AIaaS Company's Board to Help Accelerate Growth

WASHINGTON, April 3, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Knownwell, an AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) provider for mid-market professional services companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of its first external board member, Phillip Merrick. Merrick will provide strategic guidance to Knownwell as the company launches its first-of-its-kind AI platform.

Merrick is the co-founder and CEO of pgEdge Inc., a company focused on distributed Postgres for applications requiring low latency and high availability. A serial entrepreneur and software developer by background, Merrick has a history of scaling successful technology ventures from the earliest startup stages to IPO and beyond.
