GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., April 2, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- First Onsite Property Restoration (First Onsite), one of North America's largest disaster recovery and restoration providers for commercial enterprises, has acquired All Restoration Solutions, LLC (ARS). This acquisition is part of First Onsite's approach to attain operational excellence for clients by focusing on the expansion of critical services and timely responses.

"The addition of ARS's locations to our national footprint complements our existing presence in Atlanta.. This step enables us to advance our competitive position and gain incremental market share in this high-priority region," said Jeff Johnson, Global CEO of First Onsite.

With three locations in Georgia, and one in South Carolina, ARS is a restoration company with expertise in reconstruction, mitigation, capital improvement, and roofing. The majority of its work is done in the commercial space.

ARS serves a diverse portfolio of Multi-Family complexes and other commercial buildings including Healthcare facilities. A significant sector of work performed is for major universities and related student housing.
