Fullcast Announces Appointment of James Platt as General Counsel

With over a decade of experience in corporate law, Platt is poised to play a pivotal role in Fullcast's growth.

As general counsel, Platt aims to maintain organizational efficiency and ensure that legal frameworks are in place to support Fullcast's growth plans. As a partner at Kunzler Bean & Adamson, where he has remained for 11 years, Platt has focused on managing a diverse range of corporate legal needs, including equity and debt financing, strategic mergers and acquisitions, capitalization and compliance.
