His historic appointment at Cendant Corporation as the youngest Hispanic on a Fortune 50 public company board further cements his status as a transformative leader.

Beyond the boardroom, Herrera's commitment to the Hispanic community shines through his tenure as President and CEO of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and his pivotal role in founding Hispania Capital Partners, a substantial private equity fund. His creative endeavors, including the launch of "Hispanics Today," a nationally syndicated television program, have significantly contributed to raising awareness and celebrating Hispanic culture across the United States.
