Wan Bridge Opens Crystal View at Lago Mar in Texas City, Expanding Presence in Galveston County

Wan Bridge, a real estate company building better to provide Texans with high-quality residential renting experiences, today officially opened the doors to its latest community Crystal View at Lago Mar (12930 Crystal View Blvd.) with a grand opening ribbon-cutting. The Texas City Chamber of Commerce, local elected officials and other community partners were in attendance to celebrate the launch of Crystal View at Lago Mar, along with representatives of Endeavors Texas City, who received a donation to commemorate this opening.

Located in Texas City, Texas, Crystal View at Lago Mar is just East of Houston and North of Galveston. The neighborhood will be home to spacious two-story, duplex and triplex homes designed for luxury, ranging from 1,429 to 1,883 square feet. There are currently 76 units ready to be leased with an additional 75 coming by the end of 2024. While the historic Texas City downtown area provides nearby revelry and shops, Galveston Island is just a few miles down the road. It was also recently revealed that the nation's first Sports Illustrated Resort will set up roots in Texas City, offering residents a fun escape and is expected to open in 2025.

"Texas City is primed for positive population and economic growth and the Wan Bridge family is going to help foster this exciting opportunity with a coastal, residential living experience that anyone can call home," said Ting Qiao, CEO of Wan Bridge. "We want to thank the Texas City leadership that has welcomed us into the area."

In addition, the community offers residents a 12-foot-wide paved walking trail throughout with enough space for cyclists and walkers that leads to a centralized greenspace in the middle of the neighborhood.
