Williams Homes to Build 358 New Homes at Northwest Crossing in Bozeman, MT

Western States builder and developer Williams Homes will grand open its model home complex at Northwest Crossing, a newly approved master-planned community in Bozeman, Montana, on March 23, 2024. The entire development is located on 45 acres between Baxter Lane, Harvest Parkway, North Cottonwood Road, and Rosa Way. Williams Homes will bring 358 new homes to Northwest Crossing, located in the heart of the Gallatin Valley, in what is anticipated to be a three- to four-year build.

"We are dedicated to creating a thoughtfully designed community that provides a positive lifestyle for our residents and the City of Bozeman," said Lance Williams, chairman and CEO of Williams Homes. "Our goal is to help satisfy the exceptional market demand for affordably priced homes spurred by both local Montanans and those relocating to the region, and we know the timing of this new community will be able to meet that market demand."

Williams Homes intends to be the most attainable single-family housing choice in the Bozeman market with an initial offering of three different home collections and nine floorplan designs. According to Williams, the City has been requesting a variety of housing types and Williams Homes is offering a desirable compilation of affordable designs with anticipated pricing ranging from the low to high $600,000s. Pre-grand opening sales activity is already underway.

The Homes

Jefferson collection will offer townhomes with three bedrooms, up to approximately 1,827 square feet of interior living space and attached two-car garages.

Madison collection will offer garage-ally loaded homes with ADUs, three to five bedrooms and up to 2,402 approximate square feet of interior living space.

Gallatin collection will offer traditional single-family detached homes with four bedrooms, up to 2,338 approximate square feet of interior living space and attached two-car garages.

"Homes will line beautiful, varied streetscapes with architectural styling that reflects the region's rich flavor and heritage," adds Williams. "The community's design, amenities and attention to detail really sets Northwest Crossing apart from other master-planned developments. Our creative framework will offer residents a strong sense of place and a diversity of new home choices."

When fully complete, the entirety of Northwest Crossing presented by local developer, Providence Development, is planned to include residential homes, multi-unit for rent homes, commercial space, retail, and office space. The neighborhood sector of Northwest Crossing will be oriented around parks, surrounded by recreational green space, and connected to the community's local businesses and eateries with walkable streetscapes.

Northwest Crossing marks the eighth new home community located in Montana developed by Williams Homes.
