Experts to Discuss Federal Tax Bill and its Impact on Low-Income Housing Tax Credits at Upcoming Novogradac LIHTC Conference in San Francisco

Novogradac to Host 2024 Affordable Housing Conference May 2-3

SAN FRANCISCO, March 15, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act of 2024 and its possible impacts on affordable rental housing and the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) will be discussed May 2-3, 2024, at the Novogradac 2024 Affordable Housing Conference at the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco. Conference panelists will also discuss other LIHTC-related topics such as workforce housing considerations, updated compliance regulations under the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 and California's bold approach to affordable housing with more than $3 billion per year earmarked for numerous housing incentives.
