PENDULUM® Announces the Branding of its Strategic Advisory Services with the Launch of Pendulum Sports & Entertainment

Pendulum Holdings, LLC ("Pendulum"), a strategic investment and advisory platform, today announced the launch of Pendulum Sports & Entertainment LLC ("PSE"), a dedicated team of senior professionals within Pendulum that provides trusted, strategic advisory services to a formidable generation of brand owners building businesses and partnerships that move and lead culture.

• Harvey Fine, Managing Director, who previously worked at BDT & MSD Partners, a merchant bank that provides advice and long-term capital through its affiliated investment funds to family and founder-led businesses. At BDT & MSD Partners, Harvey advised and invested alongside some of the most prominent and closely held business owners and their families and helped launch the firm's Sports Practice, advising families and investors in their ownership of sports teams in the NBA, MLB, MLS, EPL, and the NWSL.
• Jamie Slade, Managing Director, who previously worked at entertainment law firm Granderson Des Rochers, LLP where she oversaw as a Partner and Head of Fashion, Branding & Lifestyle Practice all phases of talent and brand development, negotiating and structuring some of the most cutting-edge transactions in entertainment and fashion on behalf of talent such as J. Cole, Zendaya, A$AP Rocky, J Balvin, Cardi B, and Amina Muaddi.
• Michelle Obeso-Theus, Vice President, who previously worked with and served as an advisor to some of today's most iconic athletes and entertainers, including Kobe Bryant, Michael B. Jordan, Kyrie Irving, and Phil Handy, among others, playing a key role in their current and post-career lives by streamlining business development with post-career goals and providing strategic guidance on pipeline opportunities, partnerships, and philanthropic strategies.
