Ossium Health Named to Forbes' List of America's Best Startup Employers

Ossium Health, an innovative bioengineering company that develops bone marrow-derived cell therapies, announced today that it has been named to Forbes' 6th annual list of America's Best Startup Employers for 2024. This list honors the top 500 startup employers in the US based on employee satisfaction, employer reputation, and company growth.

This award underscores Ossium's commitment to fostering a work environment that attracts and retains top talent. Ossium employees also draw motivation from their work's incredible positive impact on patients with life-threatening blood and immune diseases. These motivated employees are the driving force behind Ossium's growth and progress toward its mission of improving the health, vitality, and longevity of human beings through bioengineering.

"We do our best work when our employees feel engaged, inspired, and supported," said Kevin Caldwell, Ossium's CEO, Co-Founder & President. "From our earliest days, we've focused on building a company culture where every voice is valued as we work together toward something bigger than ourselves."

Ossium prioritizes employee satisfaction by nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity. The company also offers employees a full slate of benefits including competitive salaries, stock options, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision coverage, generous time off, employer paid life insurance and long term disability, and gym membership reimbursement.

Forbes' list was compiled in partnership with Statista, who evaluated over 20,000 companies and identified the top 500 employers based on employee satisfaction, employer reputation, and company growth. To qualify, companies must be headquartered in the US, founded between 2014 and 2021, employ at least 50 people, and demonstrate a startup-like structure.

As Ossium continues to grow, it is hiring for key positions at both its San Francisco headquarters and Indianapolis facility. Interested candidates can visit ossiumhealth.com/careers to learn more.
