HomeSquare Announces Acquisition of Lucci Electric and New Office in Wilton, Connecticut
HomeSquare, LLC ("HomeSquare"), a prominent full-service home services provider, has acquired Lucci Electric, Inc. ("Lucci Electric"), a leading electrical and generator business based in Wilton, CT. Together with HomeSquare's existing electrical and generator business, the combined business is one of the largest full-service electrical and generator providers serving residential and light commercial clients in Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. Christopher Reeb and Dawn Mele of Lucci Electric will join the senior leadership team and will continue to operate out of Lucci Electric's existing facility in Wilton.
The acquisition of Lucci Electric is the 8th acquisition by HomeSquare since 2017 and solidifies its commitment to providing high quality services to residential and light commercial clients in the NY Tri-State area.
