DataLink CEO Joins Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and Community Quality Alliance Leaders to Discuss Payer-Provider Collaboration at RISE National 2024

DataLink's CEO will be joined by Kacey Serrano, director of Medicare stars and risk adjustment for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and Britni Hoyt, director of quality operations and care management for Community Quality Alliance.

Serrano is responsible for all risk adjustment and quality strategy for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield's Medicare Advantage contracts. She also oversees provider engagement and value-based care, including incentive programs and shared savings. Hoyt is an experienced care coordinator in the population health management industry.
