Workato Earns 2024 Great Place To Work Certificationtm

Workato®, the leader in AI-driven enterprise automation and integration, is proud to be Certifiedtm by Great Place To Work® for the third year in a row. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Workato. This year, 88% of employees said it's a great place To Work ? 31 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

"Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. "By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Workato stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."

"We are once again thrilled to receive the Great Place to Work-Certifiedtm recognition as we consider the experience and well-being of our employees at the core of how we operate at Workato," said Julie Tripsha, Vice President, People at Workato. "As we enter another year as a leader in our industry, we are reminded that our continued success is because of our team of dedicated employees. We celebrate and thank them for all they do to earn this incredible recognition and look forward to working together to make 2024 a milestone year."

This year, Workato continued implementing its Global Days Off program to promote ongoing and regular recharging time for employees. Once a month, all employees regardless of tenure, location, or employment status, were given a full day off supplementary to Workato's existing company holidays and unlimited PTO benefits. With Automation and AI top of mind, Workato hosted its second company-wide Automation Hackathon with over a third of the company registering to compete. Created to reimagine the possibilities with automation and AI, Workato's hackathon was open to all employees, regardless of department, technical background, or tenure at the company. This initiative encouraged all Workato employees to tap into the creative side of automation using the company's automation tools. Workato aimed to empower employees to realize their full potential and showcase how automation is not about replacing humans, but about letting everyone focus more on valuable and meaningful work.

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company's profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
