Invitation to media - Annie Koutrakis to announce Government of Canada support for Laval SME RNA Technologies & Therapeutics


LAVAL, QC, Feb. 16, 2024 /CNW/ - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

Annie Koutrakis, Member of Parliament for Vimy and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for CED, will announce Government of Canada financial assistance to support the growth of life sciences business RNA Technologies & Therapeutics (RNA).

The business, incubated at the Quebec Biotechnology Innovation Centre (CQIB), specializes in the design, production, and purification of intermediate carrier molecules called messenger RNAs (mRNAs).

Media representatives are invited to participate in the tour of the business following the press conference, along with people from CQIB and other businesses incubated on site.
