Segal Trials to Speak on Panel at Latina Expo 2024, Hosted by CISCRP, Focusing on Diversity in Clinical Research

The Latina Expo 2024, a two-day event, February 7-8, 2024 at Florida National University, is dedicated to providing Latinas with the tools they need to overcome systemic barriers that hinder their social and economic mobility. The expo will delve into various aspects of life, including health, wealth, business, systemic racism, and equality. Its primary goal is to create more opportunities for Latinas to thrive in both the boardroom and their personal lives.
The panel discussion will center around the vital topic of diversity in clinical research. Clinical trials are a critical part of advancing medical knowledge and treatment options, and it is imperative that they reflect the diversity of the population they aim to serve.
