Evriholder Products Acquires BASE4 Ventures
Evriholder Products LLC, a leading provider of impulse products worldwide under the Evriholder and Joie brand names, today announced that it has acquired BASE4 Ventures, a provider of value-oriented impulse products across a wide range of categories, including toy, beauty, outdoor living and general merchandise. This acquisition follows last week's announcement that Evriholder has acquired Progressive International, an innovative kitchen tools and storage company.
"This acquisition is very exciting for Evriholder and will help propel us into our next chapter of growth. Not only does BASE4 have a complementary customer base in the drug, dollar, beauty and mass merchant channels, but its attractive product assortment is one that we can cross merchandise to our customers as well," said Ivan Stein, Evriholder CEO.
Bringing together Evriholder's and BASE4's combined resources, product ranges, and organizational depth will give both companies' customers access to a broader range of innovative impulse products and programs.
