Access to some streets in downtown Ottawa will be restricted during the state funeral for the Honourable Ed Broadbent.

OTTAWA, ON, Jan. 26, 2024 /CNW/ - Canadian Heritage would like to inform residents and visitors that access to some streets in downtown Ottawa will be restricted on January 28, 2024, from 12:30 p.m. until 6 p.m., for the state funeral for the Honourable Ed Broadbent, P.C., C.C.

Only people displaying an official access pass, residents with a driver's license as proof of residence and emergency responders will be allowed to access closed streets with a vehicle.

The following road closures will be in effect on January 28, from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.:
