MLC CAD Systems Acquires EQUIVAQ SOFTWARE to Enhance Data Management Solutions and Service

MLC CAD Systems, a leading value-added reseller for CAD, CAM, and 3D Printing solutions, announced today the acquisition of EQUIVAQ SOFTWARE, a distinguished Product Data Management (PDM) add-on and consulting services provider. MLC is excited to welcome EQUIVAQ customers while offering several exciting new capabilities to our customers.

"This strategic move is a significant step forward in our commitment to expanding our services and enriching our offerings to serve our customers better," says Kevin Schreiner, Sales Director at MLC. Notable recent moves include a SOLIDWORKS expansion into Utah, Idaho, and Washington, and a recent partnership with Formlabs to offer affordable industrial additive manufacturing solutions. Expert implementation of data management vaults and critical database integrations with new tools from EQUIVAQ are now available nationwide alongside a range of professional services, training, and cloud solutions like 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS.

EQUIVAQ's innovative SOLIDWORKS PDM App Store offers powerful PDM Add-ins for an affordable annual subscription fee. Professional services such as upgrades, audits, and quick start implementations will augment similar existing offerings at MLC while providing additional tools and utilities for data migration and database integration. EQUIVAQ has also fostered value stream content distribution solutions to interconnect your business processes with your product design cycle.

EQUIVAQ SOFTWARE has always focused on offering an end-to-end solution to improve the lives of SOLIDWORKS PDM Administrators and users, so MLC is an ideal match. "I know and trust the MLC-CAD Systems team," says EQUIVAQ founder Tim Webb, "their nationwide presence and reputation for customer support made my decision for me."
