Infinitum Receives Two CES 2024 Innovation Awards Honoree Designations

Infinitum, creator of the sustainable air-core motor, today announced that it has received two CES® 2024 Innovation Awards Honoree designations. Infinitum's latest generation Aircore EC motor was honored for its outstanding design and engineering in both the Sustainability and the Human Security for All categories. This is Infinitum's second consecutive year to receive multiple CES Innovation Award Honoree designations.

The announcement was made ahead of CES 2024, the world's most powerful technology event, happening Jan. 9-12 in Las Vegas, NV. The CES Innovation Awards program, owned and produced by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)®, is an annual competition honoring outstanding design and engineering in 29 consumer technology product categories. This year's CES Innovation Awards program received a record number of more than 3000 submissions. An elite panel of industry expert judges, including members of the media, designers, engineers and more, reviewed submissions based on innovation, engineering and functionality, aesthetic and design.

Infinitum's latest generation Aircore EC is disrupting the motor industry with its innovative patented printed circuit board (PCB) stator and integrated Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Using lighter weight, reusable materials and modular design, Infinitum's motor generates the highest power and torque density in the industry, at a fraction of the carbon footprint and noise of traditional motors. With no iron, 66% less copper, and more than 90% efficiency, it sustainably powers commercial and industrial applications, such as HVAC fans, pumps and materials handling equipment with less energy and waste ? while helping to decarbonize some of the highest emitting sectors in the world today.

"There's a motor behind every physical product or service we consume, and when added together, these motors use more than half the planet's electricity. Selecting advanced motors that are high-efficiency and sustainable will have an enormous impact in reducing the world's energy consumption and help solve the net zero problem for hard-to-decarbonize industries," said Ben Schuler, founder and CEO, Infinitum. "Our Aircore EC motor is intentionally and uniquely designed with a lower carbon footprint across its entire lifecycle ? from manufacturing to efficient operations to serviceability and reusability. At Infinitum, we aim to do more than disrupt the motor industry ? we want to create a more sustainable future for all. The entire team at Infinitum is incredibly honored to have our work recognized in not one, but two categories this year."

The CES 2024 Innovation Awards honorees, including product descriptions and photos, can be found at CES.tech/innovation. More will be revealed in January. Many honorees will showcase their winning products in the Innovation Awards Showcase at CES 2024.

Infinitum will be exhibiting their award-winning motors at CES 2024 in booth 6777 in the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), West Hall for Vehicle Tech & Advanced Mobility.
