OTTAWA, ON, Dec. 1, 2023 /CNW/ - The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, will be attending the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from December 2 to December 7, 2023, where he will take part in the Canada-UAE Future Energy Forum and announce a new initiative that will help Canada move toward net-zero concrete by 2050.
