FIBRA Prologis Cash Investments


MEXICO CITY, Nov. 22, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- FIBRA Prologis (BMV:FIBRAPL 14), a leading owner and operator of Class-A industrial real estate in Mexico, announced today that for the first time in Latin America, a publicly traded real estate company has invested its cash in a Sustainability-Linked Deposit Account with Scotiabank. This allows FIBRA Prologis to receive an additional economic benefit for its cash investments, as long as targets for certain environmental KPIs are met.
