BSR REIT ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTION

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. and TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2023 /CNW/ - BSR Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: HOM.U)  (TSX: HOM.UN) today announced a cash distribution of US$0.0433 per REIT unit for the month of November 2023, representing US$0.52 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on December 15, 2023 to unitholders of record as at November 30, 2023.

BSR Real Estate Investment Trust is an internally managed, unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust established pursuant to a declaration of trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario. The REIT owns a portfolio of multifamily garden-style residential properties located in attractive primary markets in the Sunbelt region of the United States.
