TBM Council Expands Reach and Impact of Global Community with New TBM Council Partner Program

The Technology Business Management (TBM) Council, a nonprofit, open ecosystem dedicated to advancing the TBM discipline, today announced the launch of its TBM Council Partner Program. Announced this week at the annual TBM Conference, the TBM Council Partner Program will enable software companies, solution providers, research firms, and consulting organizations to participate in shaping the future of the TBM discipline and model, as well as education and community programs.

The inaugural partner members publicly announced include: Accenture, Cprime, Flexera, ISG, It's Value, LeanIX, Maryville Consulting Group, Rubin Worldwide, and SustainableIT.org. In addition, Apptio is the Underwriting Founding Partner of the Council.

"The TBM Council has made great headway in establishing and growing the TBM discipline and community, but creating a more global, open ecosystem is critical to ensuring we are keeping pace with the fast-changing technology landscape," said Ashley Pettit, TBM Council chair and SVP & CIO, State Farm. "We look forward to taking this next step with our Council partners as we collaboratively drive benefit for the entire community and help take TBM to the next level."

The TBM Council operates the world's largest TBM community and forums for public and private sector technology executives and practitioners with over 14,000 members. The Council showcases how technology, business, and finance leaders plan, evaluate, and govern value creation across portfolio investments, cloud, resources, and emerging technologies.

TBM Council Partners will help drive growth, best practices, thought leadership, and adoption of TBM through their participation with and sponsorship of the TBM community. This will include engaging at quarterly board meetings, strategy communities and events, TBM Conference, Board invitationals, and regional events. Council partners align to one of six categories: Solution, Delivery, Research, Education, Standards, and Underwriting Partner.

"The evolution and adoption of TBM has never been more evident as we see the convergence of TBM, FinOps, and Agile," said Jack Bischof, general manager, TBM Council. "Our TBM Council Partner Program will equip the TBM Council with even more industry thought leaders to provide unique and valuable insights as we work to expand and mature the TBM discipline."
