BBA Talent Connect Matches Employers With Qualified Black Professionals for Inclusive Hiring and Career Advancement

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Oct. 25, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- The Black Business Association of Memphis (BBA) is excited to introduce BBA Talent Connect, a groundbreaking talent acquisition and sourcing initiative aimed at connecting businesses with qualified Black professionals. Committed to supporting Black wealth creation within the local Memphis community, the hope of the BBA Talent Connect Initiative is to provide employee placement for over 40,000 jobs.

To support job seekers, BBA provides a range of services including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search support. They also partner with local universities and organizations to provide college students and recent graduates access to internships and apprenticeships.
