MEDIA ADVISORY - SEIU Healthcare, OCHU-CUPE, and Unifor to hold press conference to announce Solidarity Pact and fight to save public hospitals


TORONTO, Oct. 4, 2023 /CNW/ - SEIU Healthcare, the Ontario Council of Hospital Unions-CUPE (OCHU-CUPE), and Unifor will be holding a press conference at Queen's Park to announce a pledge of solidarity to save our hospitals from austerity pursued by the Ontario Hospital Association and privatization driven by Doug Ford's Conservative government. 

On Thursday afternoon, the hospital union's leadership will sign a solidarity pact and announce details of their shared bargaining agenda.
