Deploying the cutting-edge DTF printers to Big Frog's stores across the U.S. will expand Big Frog's in-house custom apparel printing capabilities and give Axiom an exclusive nationwide presence

DUNEDIN, Fla., Sept. 19, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More and Axiom America have formed a partnership to introduce Axiom's state-of-the-art Arcus Direct-to-Film (DTF) printers to nearly 100 Big Frog shops. This agreement enables Big Frog to add a full gamut of apparel printing in-house and bring the latest in garment printing technology to its customers.

Big Frog is a pioneer of direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, giving the stores the ability to complete many custom garment orders while customers wait. The addition of DTF printing gives consumers another choice in eco-conscious apparel decorating techniques. Stores can produce more orders without having to outsource to screen printers, saving time and money, and offering greater convenience.

The DTF process involves printing onto a film and applying the film to apparel items, producing bright, full-color, high-resolution images. It's a more efficient, environmentally friendly, water-based technique that eliminates the harsh chemicals used in traditional screen printing. There is a 14-inch machine ideal for smaller shops, with a footprint of 3 feet by 6 feet. A larger, 24-inch machine has more capacity and a 4 foot by 9 foot footprint.
