CORRECTION: BTQ Technologies Corp. Announces Voting Results of Annual General and Special Meeting

VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 31, 2023 /CNW/ - BTQ Technologies Corp. (NEO: BTQ) (FRA: NG3) (OTCQX: BTQQF) ("BTQ" or the "Company") announced today that, at the annual general and special meeting (the  "Meeting") of shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") that was held on Wednesday, August 30th, 2023, all five nominees for the board of directors of the Company were elected, the voting results of which are as follows:

At the Meeting, Shareholders also approved (i) the re-appointment of BDO LLP as auditors of the Company until the close of the next annual general meeting of shareholders and the directors were authorized to determine their remuneration (ii) the Company's omnibus equity incentive plan (the "Omnibus Plan"); and (iii) the ratification of certain historically granted RSUs pursuant to the Omnibus Plan.
