Shiny Health & Wellness Announces New AGM Date

TORONTO, Aug. 15, 2023 /CNW/ - Shiny Health & Wellness Corp. ("Shiny Health" or the "Company") (TSXV: SNYB), announces that, the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company (the 'Meeting') originally scheduled for August 16, 2023 will now take place on August 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM (Pacific time) at the location set forth in the Company's original Notice of Meeting dated July 5^th, 2023.

The Company is not proposing to deliver a new Notice of Meeting, Management Information Circular or proxy materials to its shareholders in connection with the postponed Meeting since none of the information in the original versions, copies of which are available on SEDAR, has changed. The new proxy deadline for the Meeting is August 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM (Pacific time).
