Nabors Energy Transition Corp. II Announces Pricing of $300,000,000 Initial Public Offering


HOUSTON, July 13, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Nabors Energy Transition Corp. II (the "Company") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering (the "IPO") of 30,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") and trade under the ticker symbol "NETDU" beginning on July 14, 2023. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at an exercise price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols "NETD" and "NETDW," respectively. The IPO is expected to close on July 18, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.

Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the IPO. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments, if any.
