The Deputy Prime Minister will tour an early learning and child care centre to meet with workers and families, and discuss how the government's Canada-wide early learning and child care plan is helping to make life more affordable for Canadians. She will be joined by the Member of Parliament for Richmond Centre, Wilson Miao. A media availability will follow.
