INTOUCH INSIGHT ELECTS NEW DIRECTORS AND GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Following the shareholder meeting, the Board of directors elected Eric Beutel as Board Chair. As Chair of Intouch Insight Ltd., Eric Beutel, reports that the Company's board of directors has granted, under its stock option plan, stock options to employees, officers, and directors, for the purchase of up to 725,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.345 per share. The options granted on June 22, 2023 will vest over a 36-month period and expire on June 21, 2028.
