MEDIA ADVISORY: CHLOE BROWN CAMPAIGN ANNOUNCEMENT SUNDAY JUNE 4 11 AM
TORONTO, June 2, 2023 /CNW/ - Over 2 million visits were made to Toronto food banks in 2022. The Chloe Brown for Mayor campaign will be making a food security policy announcement on June 4 at 11 am at Dieppe Park regarding a food security program, the campaign's food security platform, and a vertical farming initiative.
The Brown campaign continues to be the only one putting policy into practice during the campaign. This work will leave the city enriched, and better off than it was before the campaign started.
Joining Ms Brown in remarks will be a local food security expert and Kevin Jakiela, founder of Just Vertical, a vertical farming startup.
