("CWC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held earlier today (the "Meeting"), each of the seven nominees proposed as a director and listed in CWC's management information circular dated April 10, 2023 were elected as directors to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed. The results of the voting for each director are set out below:

All other matters presented for approval at the Meeting, including the re-approval of the Company's option plan and restricted award plan and the appointment of auditors, were approved by CWC's shareholders.
