Russel Metals Announces 2023 Annual Meeting Voting Results
TORONTO, May 10, 2023 /CNW/ - Russel Metals Inc. (TSX: RUS) announces voting results from its 2023 annual meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2023. A total of 32,058,428 common shares were represented at the meeting in person or by proxy, representing 51.35% of the 62,428,342 issued and outstanding common shares as of the record date on March 17, 2023.
Shareholders voted in favour of the election of each nominee director as follows:

The Company's advisory "say on pay" resolution was also approved with 87.46% of the votes cast in favour of the resolution. In addition, the resolution appointing Deloitte LLP as auditors of the Company was approved.
