Spectral Medical Inc. Announces Director Resignation

TORONTO, May 04, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Spectral Medical Inc. ("Spectral" or the "Company") (TSX: EDT), a late-stage theranostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock, today announced that Mr. Jim Funk has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company, such resignation to take effect immediately. Mr. Funk has served as a member of the Board of Directors since June 20, 2022.

The board of directors has initiated a board search process to augment expertise and counsel relative to regulatory and clinical trials. The Company anticipates having a new director to replace Mr. Funk in the near future.
