TransAlta will only conduct the formal business of the meeting and there will not be a management presentation following the formal business of the meeting.

On Thursday, May 4, 2023, TransAlta Renewables Inc. ("TransAlta Renewables") (TSX: RNW) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time (12:00 p.m. ET) in a virtual-only meeting format via live audio webcast.
