Full Year 2022 and Recent Highlights:

• Listing on NASDAQ.
• Bolstered balance sheet with cash and cash and cash equivalents of $21 million.
• Acquisition of Nora Pharma Inc. in October 2022, giving the Company 49 prescription drugs on the market in Canada.
