MEDIA ADVISORY - Citizenship ceremony to mark Black History Month 2023
OTTAWA, ON, Feb. 9, 2023 /CNW/ - To mark Black History Month, the Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, will welcome 21 citizens to the Canadian family. The ceremony will be presided by Citizenship Judge Rochelle Ivri.
The following special guests will join:

- Marlayah McLeod, Anthem singer
