Elegance Living, the management arm of private-equity company Capital Health Group, LLC, has announced several key leadership promotions. Lisa Gaudioso has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Stablien to President, Jennifer Lauer to Vice President of People, and Kaitlin Cavinder to Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

To support the company's strategic focus on quality service delivery and workforce development, Lisa Gaudioso has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Stablien to President, Jennifer Lauer to Vice President of People, and Kaitlin Cavinder to Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.
