Franklin Center Announces Kim Crosby Snow as Executive Director
Franklin Center, a nonprofit organization serving individuals with autism and neurodiversities, announced the appointment of Kim Crosby Snow as its new Executive Director. Ms. Snow has a leadership background in strategy, marketing, communications, and philanthropy and is a current member of Franklin Center's Board of Trustees.

Her passion for serving the neurodiverse community, extensive leadership experience, and background in marketing and philanthropy make her an excellent fit for this role," said Dr. Bob Tift, Franklin Center Board Chair. "We are proud to have her continue our mission of transforming lives of the neurodiverse community through holistic academic, social, emotional, and mental health services. Kim will lead the organization's integrated model of programs, oversee strategic planning and manage fundraising efforts. She will work closely with the Board of Trustees and staff to ensure that Franklin Center continues to provide the highest level of support to students and their families."

Ms. Snow's career spans positions in strategy, marketing, process improvement, and communications, including roles at Cargill and Fallon Advertising. She has been serving as Interim Executive Director since June 2022. She previously served as Vice Chair of the Franklin Center Board of Trustees. Ms. Snow received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Skidmore College and her M.B.A from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. She is an active community advocate having served as a board member at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and MacPhail Center for Music, as well as a committee member at St. David's Center.
